The permanent mission of Russia to UN, has no more effect on returns on the report of the independent panel of experts on sanctions against the DPRK, said the press Secretary of the permanent mission Fedor Strzygowski.

«At this stage we do not see obstacles to the dissemination of the report in the UN Security Council,» said Strzyzewski.

According to him, currently the report of group of experts of the 1718 Committee dealing with sanctions on North Korea, amended, «on the necessity of which we have repeatedly stated before. No doubt that the quality of the report only benefited from it».

«Situation report showed once again the importance of the interaction of a group of experts from member States,» added the spokesman.

He noted that «no one is encroaching on its independent status, but we should not forget that experts do not work in a vacuum».

«We need to avoid situations where legitimate concerns of States remain unaccounted for, especially when it happens in favor of the interests of other countries», — concluded Strzygowski.
