The perpetrator of the murder of the head of Department of technical supervision and operation of construction facilities management FSIN across St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region Nikolay Chernov Sabir Sadykov received nine years in a strict regime colony, according to the website of the RF IC.

As previously reported, according to investigators, in late 2016, Deputy head of the UFSIN of Russia for Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region Sergey Moyseenko turned to his friend Sabir Sadykov with a proposal to kill his subordinate to conceal corrupt crimes. Sadykov, in his turn appealed to Igor Zakharov, who in February 2017 gave him ammo and a pistol with a silencer.

The second of March 2017 Sadykov under false pretenses has caused the victim for a personal meeting, after which the car parked on the roadside in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, shot him at least seven times. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died on March 7. In the framework of a criminal investigation Sadykov admitted his guilt and concluded a pretrial cooperation agreement, his case was referred to the court.

«Evidence recognized by the court as sufficient for sentencing in relation to Sabir Sadykov. He was found guilty of the crimes of «Murder», «Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or bearing of firearms, its basic parts, ammunition)». The verdict of the court sentenced Sadykov to nine years of imprisonment with serving in a colony of strict regime», — stated in the message.

Added that a criminal case against Moyseenko and Zakharov referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
