The Central election Commission of the Russian Federation at the meeting on Friday will officially sum up the results of the additional elections to the state Duma of the seventh convocation, which was held in a single voting day on 9 September in seven-member districts.

The draft agenda was previously published on the website of the CEC. The question «on the establishment of General results of elections of deputies» is the first item on the agenda.

The elections to the state Duma on 9 September was held in seven single-member districts as the relevant parliamentary seats became vacant earlier. Generally, such by-election has affected six regions — Saratov, Amur, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and Tver regions.

According to the results of all these campaigns, United Russia lost single mandate of the Communist party, the liberal democratic party has retained as his representative seat in the lower house of Parliament. Candidates-odnomandatniki from the EP won the elections in five of the seven districts — that is, all, where the ruling party has fielded candidates.

So, in the Balashov district (Saratov oblast) the leader was the candidate from «United Russia» Yevgeny Primakov, in the Central district of the Kaliningrad region — the United Russia party member Alexander Yaroshuk, in the Nizhny Novgorod region — representative of the EP, Dmitry Svatkovsky. A similar pattern in the Samara district, where from the «United Russia» elected Alexander Khinshtein, and Zavolzhsky district (Tver oblast), where he won by a United Russia member Sergei Veremeenko. In all these five districts in the last two years ago, parliamentary elections were also elected candidates from the EP.

Kept the mandate and the liberal Democrats — in the Amur district during the by-election was elected, the candidate from LDPR Andrey Kuzmin. The mandate of the Saratov district, the representative of «United Russia» in the Duma elections of 2016, according to the results of the election will go to the Communists — the candidate from the Communist party Olga Alimov was the first in this County.
