The Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova sent an official appeal to the US Ambassador in Moscow with a request to issue a visa to Alla Bout, his wife condemned in the USA for 25 years, businessman Victor bout.

«I sent a letter last week,» — said Moskalkova RIA Novosti, answering a question about whether she sent an official letter to the U.S. Embassy with a request to issue a visa Alla Booth.
