State Duma Deputy from the Crimea Ruslan Balbec («United Russia») called Kiev’s plans to create a naval base on the Azov sea castles in the air.

«If the promises of Ukrainian politicians pay at least a ruble, the country would long ago have solved all economic problems. All these belligerent boastful statements is castles in the air. I have no doubt that will build a pier, will drive a few boats and hundreds journalists,<…>. Also in the program will be Patriotic songs and dances» — he said RIA Novosti.
