Member of the presidential Council on human rights (HRC) Andrei Babushkin offers the FSIN of Russia to consider the possibility to be sentenced to imprisonment of doctors and businessmen in the colonies to work in the profession, it drew attention to the need to eliminate corruption risks.

On Wednesday, the presidential HRC holds a special meeting devoted to the issues of human rights in correctional institutions.

«I would place the FPS thought that those doctors and entrepreneurs, sentenced to imprisonment, who have no prohibition of professional activities, to think, how would these people use to work in the profession», — said during the meeting Babushkin, head of the HRC profile Commission to assist the PMC, prison reform and crime prevention.

The defender admitted that it’s a pretty dangerous step, which carries risks of corruption.

«So this must be done centrally from Moscow. But I am convinced that these entrepreneurs could make tens and tens of thousands of jobs created if we exclude the factor of corruption, and we will do this in a civilized way», — he said.
