In Yakutsk, the Congress passed the youth governments of the Far East

The Congress of youth governments of the Russian Far East gathered in Yakutsk more than 100 participants from Yakutia, the Amur region, Khabarovsk and Primorskii territories, reported RIA Novosti Deputy Minister of youth Affairs and family policy of the Republic of Sakha Vasilina Lukin.

The Congress takes place from 21 to 23 September. During the event the participants will have to develop more than 10 projects on the thematic areas: digital economy, demography, personnel and career guidance, Patriotic education — a Year of volunteering in Russia. At the opening ceremony of the Congress participants welcomed the acting Vice-Premier of Yakutia Denis Belozerov and Minister of youth Affairs and family policy of the Republic Ivan Luckin.

«The youth government are now working in five regions of DFO. At the Congress, delegates of the four regions: Yakutia, Amur region, Khabarovsk and Primorskii territories. The main objective of the forum is to create a unified team of youth governments of the far Eastern Federal district», — told RIA Novosti Lukin.

According to the Deputy Minister, in the all-Russian contest of youth governments of 2018 team Yakutia and Primorye included in lists of the best.

«I would like to replicate here our project «Roads of memory» on other subjects. Also aims to gain new knowledge and experience in personnel work of the youth government of Yakutia, to establish the mechanism, when the youth government really should become a career lift for each promising young man», — has shared with journalists the chief of staff of the youth government of Primorsky region Victoria Serdyuk.

On the first day of the Congress was the presentation of the best implemented projects, including three projects from Yakutia.

«Members of the youth governments in our region have talked about the projects. «Cybersecurity» — the authors have created a website to inform about cyber threats. Guys constantly meet with redkometall schools of Yakutsk and conduct lectures on children’s safety in social networks. «Open book» — volunteer movement to collect books for donation to the patients of hospitals and rehabilitation centers of Yakutia. «ABOUT Yakutia» — the forum of the heads of all settlements of the Republic, held once in two years,» added Lukin.
