Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree on appointment of heads of Department of sports, Department of investment and industrial policy and the Department of entrepreneurship and innovative development created in the government of the capital, follows from the document published on the official portal of the mayor on Friday.

Previously, the Department of sport and tourism was reorganized and on its base created two separate departments. In addition, the Department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship of Moscow was renamed the Department of investment and industrial policy, was also created by the Department of business and innovation.

«To appoint Gulyaev Nikolay Alekseevich for the position of head of the Department of sport with the conclusion of the office contract for a term of office of the mayor of Moscow, freed from the duties of head of the Department of sports and tourism of the city of Moscow», — the document says.

As the head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow Sobyanin has appointed Alexander V. Prokhorov, the former informed the first Deputy head of the Department of city property.

Previously headed the Department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship Alexei Fursin now will be to lead a new Department of business and innovation.

On Wednesday the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin announced the reshuffle in the Metropolitan government. So, the new head of the office of the mayor and the Moscow government was Natalia Sergunina, who previously held the post of Vice-mayor on economic policy.
