Law enforcement agencies do not comment on posted online information about the detention of more than 100 people after a conflict in the village of kendelen in Kabardino-Balkaria.

On Wednesday, the SUCK of the Russian Federation on KBR has informed that on 18 September, members of the horse campaign in honor of the 310th anniversary of the battle of cengelkoy (it is believed that in this battle the Circassians defeated the troops of the Crimean Khan Kaplan Giray) were stopped on the way to the village of kendelen of Elbrus area. To the place of events in order to prevent collision of the parties to the arrived employees of the Republican interior Ministry and the Federal service of national guard troops.

As noted in the Department, unidentified persons, refusing to fulfill legal demands of the law enforcement officers used physical violence against representatives of the authorities and tried to provoke a clash of parties, «including posting on social networks of false information about what is happening, but also calling for the incitement of hatred and enmity on grounds of nationality». In fact the riots in Kendelen started investigation verification.

Activists of the group «Republic» in the social network Facebook reported that after the conflict in the village of kendelen, the police detained 120 people, including six minors.

«We can not comment on this information», — told RIA Novosti the regional Ministry of internal Affairs.

In the text of the document published by the activists in the group, says that «delivered a total of 120 people, including adults – 114 persons, minors – 6 persons.» According to him, the police drew up administrative reports under article «Violation of established order of organizing or holding meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches or picketing» and «disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer, soldier, employee of national guard troops» of the administrative code.

It is noted that the decision of the court 97 people were subjected to administrative arrest for a term of two to five days on 17 people fined in the amount from five hundred to ten thousand rubles, decisions in respect of the six minors have not yet been adopted.
