The U.S. Treasury extended the timing of exit of investors from the assets of GAZ group on October 23 and EN+ group Plus PLS or Rusal PLC until 12 November, reported on the Agency’s website.

The same terms are applied to legal entities that are 50% or more belong to those groups.

«In accordance with that permit these transactions, which are governed by this General license and that involved the EN+ group Plus PLS or Rusal PLC or the enterprise that they own directly or indirectly with a share capital of 50% or more of the (extended to) 12 Nov 2018», — stated in the document of the Ministry of Finance.

There’s also clarifies that accordingly «license N13С until September 21, which was dated July 31 is replaced by the new 13 D».
