Simonovsky court of Moscow on Monday will consider an administrative report on Alexei Navalny, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the court Victor Vasiliev.

«An administrative report against Navalny came to court», — he said.

Earlier research Affairs in Moscow said that on Monday, Navalny, who served 30 days in detention, was detained and delivered in territorial Department of police. Concerning it criminal case about an administrative offence under article 20.2 of the administrative code «violation of the established procedure of organizing or holding meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches or picketing», for which he faces a fine of up to 300 thousand roubles, obligatory works, or arrest for a period up to 20 days.

Navalny has two conditional conviction: five years for «Kirovles» and «Yves Rocher». All charges he strongly denies, considering his criminal prosecution was politically motivated. The first case involved the embezzlement of more than 16 million rubles, the second — with the theft of more than 30 million rubles.
