The process of voting in the second round of elections of the Governor of the Khabarovsk territory was organized at a high level, the law and the will of the voters is met, said at a press conference on Monday, the Secretary of the CEC, Maya Grishina.

The second round of elections of the head region was held on Sunday in Khabarovsk Krai. The victory was won by the Deputy of the state Duma Sergei Furgal from the liberal democratic party, who received almost 70% of the vote. The current Governor of United Russia Vyacheslav Shport about 28%. Voter turnout exceeded 47%.

Grishina said «a wonderful organization of voting» is performed by the electoral Commission of Khabarovsk territory. «The organizers have always been adherence to the rule of law and good preparation… and here I personally observed the election process in General. At the last stage of the campaign was not without emotional appeals. But objectively it was not spike that would indicate a sign of alarm. The campaign was organized, and the will of the citizens is reflected in the voting results», — said Grishin.

Earlier it was reported that during the elections received more than 70 reports of violations, in particular, from representatives of the staffs of both candidates. But most of the complaints were withdrawn after clarification of circumstances, in particular, took into account the results of the voting on the 124th station in Khabarovsk, where he said about the attempt of ballot stuffing.
