The Supreme court of Crimea has postponed appeal consideration on a sentence Razdolnensky court of the Republic Vladimir Baluku, sentenced to five years imprisonment for the disorganization of state institutions, the correspondent of RIA Novosti.

The defendant in the courtroom was not delivered, it was planned to organize videoconferencia Simferopol prison, where he is at the moment. In addition, the meeting did not appear the victim in the second case (5 July 2018) in respect of Belukha, whose decision appeal against defenders. Advocates insisted on the presence of the defendant in the courtroom, saying that he refuses to videoconference from jail.
