Twelve-year-old boy suffered a head injury while riding on the attraction in a Park in Moscow, a criminal case, said senior assistant head of the Metropolitan GSPC of Russia Yulia Ivanova.

According to investigators, on September 22, the child decided to ride the rides «Simulator astronaut» on a family-run Park on the street Krylatskaya street, Moscow. The ride operator secured the kid with a metal bar in the center of the feet. Convinced of reliability of fastening and instructing the child, the operator gave the signal to start the ride.

«During the movement of the attraction occurred on the detachment of the above-mentioned metal rungs, which a minor was struck in the face. The attraction was stopped by the operator, and a boy in connection with absence on territory of the amusement Park item of medical care was delivered in medical institution where he was diagnosed with various head injuries,» — said Ivanov.

She added that a criminal case was initiated on the fact of rendering services not meeting safety requirements. The investigators questioned the management and staff of the centre. They also seized and examined technical documentation.
