Schools and kindergartens of the city of Armyansk after forced three-week break because of kimwipes in the North of Crimea, resumed work, said the Deputy head of the city administration Elina Mironenko.

A state of emergency in Armyansk, introduced because of a chemical release, was filmed on September 23. In the MOE reported that all work associated with the elimination of emergency situations carried out in full.

«On Wednesday all the educational institutions of the city will accept children. School ready. The children enjoy going to school. I think three weeks holiday was enough to ensure that with new forces to start learning the process. Yesterday we preschoolers have gone to kindergartens», — said Mironenko, the radio station «Sputnik»in Crimea.

According to her, to make up the curriculum is planned by reducing holidays and adjustments of curricula.

The situation with kislotoustoichivam chemical plant «Crimean Titan» has become aggravated in the end of August, when, due to emission of the pollutant on the roofs of houses and the leaves of the trees of the city of Armyansk and the surrounding villages formed the oily coating with yellow tinge. At the beginning of September has recorded the maximum allowable concentration of sulfur dioxide in the air. Chemical plant «Crimean Titan» is completely stopped. Authorities as precautionary measures were taken of children of preschool and school-age recreation facility.

Kislotostabilen is an open reservoir, built in the Soviet era. In recent years, the sump is considerably shallow, which led to the increase in the concentration of the remaining acid and evaporation of various chemicals into the atmosphere. The sump was filled with water coming through the North-Crimean channel, but after the reunification of the Peninsula with Russia, Ukraine has blocked the supply of the Dnieper water.
