NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg discussed with the foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov largest in recent decades, Russian military exercises «Vostok» and the upcoming, also the largest in recent years, the maneuvers of the Alliance’s Trident Juncture, was also agreed to continue contacts, the press service of NATO.

NATO exercises Trident Juncture will be held from October 25 to November 7, they will be involved to 10 thousand vehicles, 130 aircraft and 70 warships from 30 countries. The largest in the modern history of Russia maneuvers «Vostok-2018» went from 11 to 17 September. In them participated more than 300 thousand troops, over 1,000 planes, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles, to 36 thousand tanks, armored personnel carriers and other vehicles, up to 80 ships and support vessels.
