Basmanny court of Moscow on 27 September will consider the petition for the release of the youngest of the sisters, Khachatryan, the accused in the murder of his father, the head of an international human rights organization «Agora» Pavel Chikov.

«The meeting is scheduled for September 27th 16.00», — he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Consideration of requests for the release of the two older sisters Christening and angelina will also be held on Thursday, reported RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the court Juno Tsarev.

Earlier on Wednesday it became known that Basmanny court received the petition of the investigating authorities to change the measure of restraint from arrest to a ban of certain actions in respect of all three sisters.
