Zhirinovsky and Didenko refused mandates in the Parliament of Kuzbas

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky and a member of the party, the head of the state Duma Committee on Federal structure and local self-government Alexei Didenko refused mandates in the Council of people’s deputies of the Kemerovo region received the results of elections on 9 September, said Wednesday the Chairman of the regional electoral Commission Peter Batyrev at the third session of the regional Council.

Regular elections of deputies of the Kuzbass were held in a single day of voting if turnout 66,47%. In the fifth convocation of the legislative Assembly allocated 46 seats, half of them in single — mandate constituencies, the second — on a single party lists. In total 39 seats in the new Parliament SNDC received the «United Russia», two seats from the liberal democratic party, Communist party and «Fair Russia», another — «Patriots of Russia».

«In connection with the received statements of Zhirinovsky Vladimir Zhirinovsky and Didenko Alexey Nikolaevich — were both headed the party list in the elections to the Parliament of Kuzbas for a single constituency — the refusal of a parliamentary mandate regulations on the transfer of vacant seats to Stanislav Karpov for the Mood and the Paste the Roman Yuryevich,» said Batyrev.

In addition, Gleb Kolpino («United Russia») transferred the mandate of Dmitry Kuzmin, which was held in the regional Council, but declined the place, as it will provide the legislative power of the region in the Federation Council.
