The Deputy head of the Public chamber of the Russian Federation, former Deputy Secretary General of the UN Sergei Ordzhonikidze does not exclude that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko wanted to like Donald Trump, wearing the same suit and tie as the President of the United States.

Previously, users of social networks laugh the American and Ukrainian presidents in identical suits and ties, made on the sidelines of the UNGA session.

«For Americans, red tie – this is very typical. And trump loves a red tie. But I do not exclude that a red tie Poroshenko is a signal to like Trump. It may well be. Red tie now few who does,» Ordzhonikidze told RIA Novosti.

Answering the question, it is customary to specify in advance the appearance of the leaders during the meeting, he said: «Never, no. Everyone has their own Protocol. And the President in General no one can say how he dressed».

Commenting on the statements of the Ukrainian side about the fact that the audience applauded after the speech Poroshenko at the UN General Assembly, Ordzhonikidze pointed out that ovations are quite ordinary business for statements on this site.

«At the General Assembly are cheering. In my memory, serious applause was very often the leaders of the Soviet Union and Russia», — said Ordzhonikidze.

«Round of applause was, I remember, when he played Fidel Castro. It was emotional and beautiful speech with anti-American charge. The vast majority of countries that cannot afford openly to Express displeasure with the «great uncle», which presses on top of them, then applauded,» recalled former permanent under Secretary of the United Nations.
