Eight rescuers came to the aid of the paraglider pilot from Moscow, which in the evening on Wednesday made a hard landing in the mountains in the Cherek district of Kabardino-Balkaria, informs the regional Glaucus MOE.

Earlier it was reported that at 21.45 GMT on Wednesday received information that in Cherek gorge, Kabardino-Balkaria, a paraglider pilot from Moscow region, born in 1968, made a hard landing at a height of 1.6 thousand meters and needs help. To conduct a search of the victim in the dark was impossible.

«On Thursday morning to help the victim moved a group of eight rescuers of the Elbrus highland search and rescue team of EMERCOM of Russia. The search for the paraglider will be held near the village of Bezengi at a height of 1.6 thousand meters», — stated in the message.

Earlier it was reported that on 21 September in the mountains in the Chegem district of Kabardino-Balkaria killed a 57-year-old paraglider pilot from Moscow, Korolev city, perpetrator of a hard landing.
