Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin was sent to the relevant Committee on budget and taxes, the draft Federal budget of the Russian Federation in 2019-2021 years made on Saturday by the government.

«The draft Federal budget for the year 2019 and the planned period 2020-2021 years, the government today introduced in the State Duma. The relevant Committee starts work today so that we can review it on 1 October, Monday, at the Council of the state Duma and, having made the decision to send the draft budget to the regions and committees of the State Duma», — said Volodin told reporters.

«It is extremely important to the consideration of the main financial law of the country in the first reading to carefully study it. Special attention should be paid to the implementation of the message of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the may decree in the Federal budget for the 2019-2021 years», — said the speaker of the state Duma.

He noted that the budget should reflect the targets set by the President of Russia. «The issues related to increasing life expectancy and improving its quality, development of medicine and education, acceleration of technological development, sustainable economic growth and increase real income of our citizens», — said Volodin.

The Russian government on Saturday introduced to the state Duma a draft Federal budget for the year 2019 and the planning period of 2020 and 2021 years, showed a surplus for the coming three years. According to the document posted on the Federal portal of normative legal acts, following approval of Cabinet, the income in 2019 is expected to be 19,969 trillion rubles, expenses — 18,037 trillion rubles, respectively surplus 1,932 trillion rubles, or 1.8% of GDP. When preparing the budget the government proceeded from the inflation forecast is not above 4.3 per cent.
