The delegation of Norway arrives on Sunday in Crimea on a six day visit, the program of extensive appointments and travel to the regions of the Peninsula, told RIA Novosti the head of Committee of the Crimean Parliament for interethnic relations Yuri HEMPEL.

The visit will last from 30 September to 6 October. The delegation will include community members, representatives of academia, agriculture and business.

«The delegation from Norway arrived in Crimea on Sunday morning. We have established close business relations with the Norwegians in the framework of the project on public diplomacy. The significance of this visit lies in the fact that we breaks through the information blockade in Norway. In the group almost all parties which are in Norway. It’s not just citizens, public figures, including members of different parties,» said HEMPEL.

According to the visit program, the delegation will visit Yalta, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Bakhchisarai. Planned excursion to the Livadia Palace, Nikita Botanical garden, house-Museum of A. P. Chekhov, Khersones, Bakhchisaray historical-cultural and archaeological Museum-reserve, the Khan’s Palace – the former residence of the Crimean khans, the Holy assumption Orthodox cave monastery in the natural boundary of Mariam-Dere, and a visit to the agricultural enterprise «Skvortsovo» and the memorial complex «concentration Camp «Red», where flowers will be laid.

In addition, a scheduled meeting with the head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
