Duty on oil exports from Russia from 1 October rises to 7.5 per dollar — up to 137,5 USD per tonne from $ 130 per ton in September to the documents of the RF Ministry of economic development.

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in September, it was reported that the average price of Urals oil for the monitoring period from 15 August to 14 September 2018 amounted to 74.45 per barrel, or 543,5 dollars per ton.

Preferential rate of duty on oil for a number of deposits of Eastern Siberia, Caspian fields and the Prirazlomnoye field in connection with new formula, adopted in the framework of the tax maneuver in the oil industry, from February 1, 2015 remains at zero. These rates, in accordance with the adopted formula will remain at zero, if the average price of oil will be below $ 76.

The export duty on high-viscosity oil from October 1, increased to 22.7 per dollar from 21.4 dollar. The duty on liquefied natural gas now accounts for 27.4 per dollar, pure fractions of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) — 10.9 per dollar.

The duty on light oil products and oil is from October 1 to 41.2 dollars per ton, on dark — 137,5 USD. The export duty on commercial gasoline rises to 41.2 per dollar, naphtha (naphtha) to 75.6 71.5 per dollar dollar per ton.

Duty on coke is raised to 8.9 per dollar to 8.4 dollar per ton.
