The appointment of Mikhail Razvozhaeva the acting head of the Republic of Khakassia will enable the region to prepare for winter and deal with the formation of the budget, in spite of the prolonged electoral process, said the Deputy of the state Duma Sergey Natarov (liberal democratic party), elected from the Republic.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Wednesday the Deputy head of Minkowksi Russia Mikhail Razvozhaeva acting head of the Republic of Khakassia. The head of state at a meeting with Razvojem noted that asking him to work in the region of a month to ensure open elections. The President promised that after this will return Razvozhaeva in Moscow and will offer him a job in a Federal Agency.

«I believe that the purpose of mandatory it should be, because today in the joy of all these electoral processes, which was delayed, the situation in the country is heating up and the collapse continues. The government was actually engaged in elections and is now busy and preparing for the winter, the budget process. Dropped everything, and people live every day and want the homes warm,» said Natarov RIA Novosti.

«Such outside appointment would contribute to the work of the government (of the region),» — said the Deputy.

He noted that it is still unclear how long it will take the electoral process in the country, therefore, such an appointment deserves support. «Khakassia should not be beheaded. All ministries and departments should work», — said the MP.

In the first round of elections on 9 September was attended by Valentin Konovalov from the Communist party (44,81%), who held the post of the head of Khakassia Victor Zimin (32,42%), Andrey Fishin from the CP (at 11.23%) and Alexander Mahar from the Party of growth (6.61 percent). Zimin, withdrew from the elections. On Tuesday evening it became known that Filyagin, which was to participate in the second round along with Konovalov, withdrew his candidacy. CEC member Yevgeny Shevchenko told RIA Novosti that elections in Khakassia will be held even if there will be only one candidate. Russia’s President on Wednesday appointed Michael Razvozhaeva acting head of the Republic of Khakassia.
