The government, he said, is now preparing a set of measures that are associated with the execution of the may presidential decree, and part of these measures aims to reduce the criminal risks for business. «And all this forms the business climate. If you are afraid to open a new business, how our economy will be able to increase production, as it may increase employment? Here, everything has meaning,» said he, in his lecture at the Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation.

«When we say that for certain offences the right of the owner «took» – in jail, this should not be. There is always a need to watch what this offense is, on purpose, the company has tax evasion, or intentionally did not show their business. And if a company misunderstanding its made certain offences – well, what is criminal liability?» also said Siluanov.

«There is still need to apply more flexible approaches in terms of administration, work with the enterprise», — he added.
