Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Narendra modi began talks in new Delhi, the meeting is held in the Hyderabad Palace.

The building, built in 1916 by the decision of the British colonial authorities for representation of one of the Indian States of Hyderabad, now owned by the government of India. There are traditionally held the official ceremonial events and talks. The Palace also designed to accommodate foreign delegations.

Before meeting in a narrow format the two leaders made a joint photo. The communication continued in closed to the press.

Later, the talks continued in the enlarged format, and then in working Breakfast format with the participation of Ministers and business representatives. Leaving the Palace, the Russian head of state will leave a memorable record in the book of honorable guests.

According to Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, during the negotiations will be discussed issues of development of bilateral relations in various areas – trade-economic, cultural, humanitarian, as well as key regional and global issues, including issues of cooperation within BRICS, the SCO, the Group of twenty, United Nations.

During a conversation in a narrow format, in particular, it is planned to discuss cooperation in the military-technical sphere, joint activities of the Armed forces of the two countries.

Following the visit of the Russian President and Prime Minister of India will adopt a joint statement and will sign a package of about 20 documents. Some of them will sign in the presence of the leaders of the two countries, the part will be signed on the sidelines of the visit. The most expected outcome will be the signing of the contract on delivery of India of s-400 «Triumph» composed of five regiments in excess of $ 5 billion.
