Party «Consent» has won the elections to the Parliament of Latvia

Party «Consent», which enjoys the support of Russian-speaking residents of Latvia, won the elections to the Seimas, according to the CEC after counting of votes from all areas.

Elections to the Seimas took place in the Republic on Saturday. For «Consent» voted 167 117 thousand citizens of Latvia or 19,80% of the voters.

The CEC has counted data from all sections 1078. According to the electoral Commission, the second place party KPV.LV (14,25%), the third of the New conservative party(of 13.59%), the fourth Movement! (12,04%), followed by the national unit «All of Latvia» of 11.01%, the Union green and peasants (9,91%) and party «a New Unity» (6,69%). The other parties have not overcome the 5% barrier.
