Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev released Michael Razvozhaeva appointed acting head of the Republic from office, the Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus, the corresponding order is published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

«Release Razvozhaeva Mikhail Vladimirovich from the post of Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus in connection with transition to other work», — the document says.

Earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has appointed Razvozhaeva acting head of the Republic of Khakassia. On meeting him, Putin said that asking him to work in the region of a month to ensure open elections. The President promised that after this will return Razvozhaeva in Moscow and will offer him a job in a Federal Agency.

In the first round of elections on 9 September was attended by Valentin Konovalov from the Communist party (44,81%), who held the post of the head of Khakassia Victor Zimin (32,42%), Andrey Fishin from the CP (at 11.23%) and Alexander Mahar from the Party of growth (6.61 percent). Zimin, before the second round, withdrew from the elections. Then Filyagin, who had become an opponent Konovalova, also withdrew his candidacy.
