The Supreme electoral court of Brazil has completed the counting of votes in Sunday’s presidential election and published the final data of the first round.
Right-wing candidate from the Social liberal party Hair Bolsonaro got 46,03% of the vote, his closest rival Fernando Haddad from the left of the workers ‘ Party ranks second with 29,28%. Both candidates advanced to the second round of voting on 28 October.
In third place Cyr Gomez from the Democratic labour party, which was of 12.47%, closes the four of leaders of Geraldo Alckmin of the Party of Brazilian social democracy from 4.76%. The other nine candidates received less than 3%.
General elections were held in Brazil on Sunday. Residents chose the President, governors and parliamentarians.
