State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov appealed to Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika asking to check the number of members of the legislative Assembly of the Leningrad region «on the subject attempts to undermine the social and civil equilibrium in Saint-Petersburg», the press service of the politician.

«In a letter to Yuri Chaika, the Deputy asks to check MPs applying to the Authorized court, in the presence of criminal intent to destabilize the situation in St. Petersburg on the eve of elections of the Governor, and, in the case of confirmation concerns, «find and bring to strict liability puppeteers» — the press-service of the Deputy.

The politician believes that the actions of some urban MPs «can be regarded as an attempt to repeat the events of October 1993 in the scale one region.»

«On the eve of important political event — elections of the Governor of the city, several members of the city Council attempt to sow discord between the legislative and Executive power of the region. They are trying to involve in its plans Authorized the court to block the efficient management of the city and wreak havoc,» quoted Milonov’s press service.

Milon I am sure that the citizens expect from the legislative and Executive branches of government and the joint efforts in the benefit of citizens, «and not a guerrilla war for political technologies.» «The sabotage activities of the ACTING Governor, in fact, means sabotage decisions and the course of the President», — he said.
