State Duma Deputy Andrei Andreychenko (LDPR) in elections of the head of Primorye appealed to the Russian Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika with a request to assess the actions responsible for the preparation and conduct of elections in the region, as well as to file a case for falsification of voting results.

«The results of the elections in Primorye cancelled, the violation is recognized, and the silence. Where is the punishment for the guilty? Where criminal proceedings? Where the dissolution is involved in the distortion of results of PECs and TECs? … Has taken a number of actions to punish the guilty. In particular, I conduct official communication with the Russian Prosecutor’s office on this issue», — the Deputy wrote on his page in Facebook.

Ibid. published his appeal to Chaika, where he asks the Prosecutor General to check for compliance with article 141 (Obstructing the exercise of electoral rights or work of election commissions) and 142.1 of the criminal code (Falsification of voting results). In addition, Andreichenko in the appeal asks attorney General «to assist in the dissolution of the» number of TICK, where was the distortion of the voting results.

The electoral Commission of Primorye, on the recommendation of the CEC of RF acknowledged the election results of the head region is invalid. Former acting Governor of the Primorsky territory Andrei Tarasenko declared that considers correct the decision to cancel the election results. His opponent Andrey Ishchenko (Communist party) expressed readiness to challenge the results in the three territories, Ussuriysk, Artyom and Nakhodka. All, they filed more than 30 lawsuits, he said.

It is expected that the next election will be on December 16. Acting head of the region appointed Oleg Kozhemyako, head to this Sakhalin oblast. He said he plans to participate in elections of the head region as an independent candidate.
