The Deputy head of the CEC reminded that Mitvol participated in the parliamentary elections of 2016. «Passive electoral right he is — we are not found, then no restriction of the passive right», — said the Agency interlocutor.

He noted that the re-election of the head of Primorye are expected to be assigned on 16 December, the timing of electoral operations in this campaign, apparently, will be reduced by one third.
