Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Vitaly Nahlupin, accused of receiving bribes, appealed against the decision to arrest, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the Basmanny court of Moscow Juno Tsarev.

«The court was the complaint of the attorney representing the Nahlupina» she said.

Tsarev added that date of consideration of the complaint in Moscow city court is not appointed yet.

Nahlupin detained by law enforcement agencies in Moscow and arrested on 18 October for two months, he worked in the government in the region from January 2016, where he oversaw the implementation of the Federal target program of development of Crimea. Supervision of the Federal program at the regional level went to his duties after his arrest and resignation of the former curator of the program, Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Casurina, sentenced to 11.5 years in prison for bribery in especially large size. After retirement in March 2018, Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Serov, the head of Crimea instructed Nahlupin to oversee the transport. He also oversaw the work of the state Inspectorate of the Crimea.
