The presidents of Russia and Turkey Vladimir Putin and Tayyip Erdogan are planning to hold a separate bilateral meeting during the summit on Syria in Istanbul, said the Deputy Director of the fourth European Department of the foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation Andrey Boers.
«Being prepared in the near future, the conduct of regular multi-stakeholder event with the participation of the presidents of our countries, and in this context also planned and a separate bilateral meeting,» said Boers at the conference «Russia and Turkey: strategic directions to multi-dimensional partnership».
He noted that the heads of the two States always have something to discuss with the development of the international situation and the dynamics of bilateral relations.
