The President of Russia Vladimir Putin demanded to ensure maximum transparency and openness of regulatory bodies.

«I think that our common goal is to ensure maximum transparency, the transparency of the regulatory authorities», — said Putin at a forum «Small business — national project».

According to him, «today, in the age of digital information technology is very specific, clear, technically solved, a realistic goal,» but much will depend on the willingness of businesses to engage in such joint government work.

«We have a so-called register of inspections and its implementation has really helped to a certain extent to increase the transparency of control activities. Now, however, and you, dear colleagues, good too know, now register fill in themselves controlling entity, and without any formalization, and often how God blesses, and this is not often, neither the business interests nor the interests of the state», — Putin continued.

«Here, of course, is necessary to bring order and to clearly regulate the conduct of this registry. But it probably will not be enough, and then the question always arises — how can this be done? That is what is the idea: you need to make sure that entrepreneurs can post information — who are the reviewers, what purpose, with what results came up which is real, I want to stress again, the results obtained, as a test of impact on the work of the entrepreneur,» he said.

For example, use of the digital platform «Business-Navigator SMEs (corporations small and medium enterprises), said the President.

«By the way, this product we have already addressed colleagues from Italy, Azerbaijan, Japan. In the future, both systems — the registry checks and business Navigator — and you will need to coordinate among themselves to exchange data. But if these data do not match, do not fight is the signal for the General Prosecutor’s office, and for society as a whole,» he said.

«It will be clear which companies, controllers do not come out, so to speak, what areas, what entrepreneurs somehow bypass the regulator, turn a blind eye to the problems there,» — said Putin.
