The Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation carries out weekly monitoring of the situation on the grain market, its products and bread, now the situation it stable, told RIA Novosti in the press service of the Ministry of agriculture.
Two bakery Krasnoyarsk region, «Archlib» and «Dikhleb», previously notified its counterparties of the forced increase in the prices of manufactured products. According to the letters of the enterprises, which was available to RIA Novosti, «Archlib» warns about price increase in average by 10%, «Dikhleb» — by 8-12%. Manufacturers indicate that the last time sale prices rose in the first quarter of 2016.
Bakeries explain the need to increase prices to a number of factors, in particular rising prices of petrol, increase in electricity tariffs and the rise in flour prices, inflation and the weakening of the ruble. According to Rosstat, as of October 15, average consumer prices for bread from wheat flour in Russia totaled 47.4 ruble per kilogram, an increase of 3% since the beginning of the year. Bread from rye-wheat flour rose by 3% to 46.96 rubles per kilogram.
«The issue is under constant control of the Ministry of agriculture, weekly monitoring of the situation on the grain market, its products and bread. Currently, the situation is characterized as stable,» the Ministry said.
The Ministry of agriculture also indicates that in 2017 the result of a good grain crop (a record 135,4 million tons) observed lower growth of prices for bread and bakery products. According to the Ministry, in 2017, consumer prices for bread and bakery products has increased over the year by 2.7%. This year, low growth rates persist (in January-September 2018 and 2.3%).
«According to Rosstat, in the structure of retail prices for bread and bakery products depending on the species in recent years, the share of the cost of the main raw materials (flour) ranged from 17% to 24% and almost comparable with the share of turnover in the sphere of circulation, which, depending on the type of bread ranged from 17% to 21%,» adds the Ministry of agriculture.
