The Central election Commission of the self-proclaimed Lugansk people’s Republic does not expect fraud in the upcoming elections of the head of Republic and deputies, said in an interview with RIA Novosti the Chairman of the CEC LNR Elena Kravchenko.

Elections of heads and deputies of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics scheduled to be held on November 11. Kiev has already declared that does not recognize the elections.

«We are not expecting any fraud. But nevertheless, taken all measures to ensure that elections are held openly with participation of mass media representatives, candidates, observers, including foreign ones», — said Kravchenko.

According to her, maximum control will be provided during the voting and during the counting of votes.

«The ballots will be made with several degrees of protection, which will also eliminate the possibility of falsification and distortion of the objective results of the elections», — said the CEC Chairman.
