Russia and France see no obstacles for the negotiations of Prime Ministers of the two countries — their last meeting was held more than two and a half years ago, according to the materials of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin in Istanbul for a summit on Syria, which will be attended by the leader of France Emmanuel macron.
