In Afghanistan, the death toll in the explosion rose to seven

The death toll in the blast in Afghanistan’s Wardak province increased to seven people and injured up to 37, according to Pajhwok Afghan Agency with reference to head of the Department of public health of the province of Mohammed Salim of Ashares.

Earlier it was reported about 5 killed and 12 injured. Responsibility for the attack was claimed by radical movement «the Taliban»*.

Reportedly, Askarel confirmed that among the dead are a policeman, another seven among the wounded.

A car bomb exploded on Saturday in Wardak province, which is located in the Central region of Afghanistan. According to the channel 1TV, the target of the attack was the police Department.

*A terrorist organization banned in Russia.
