The decision on nationalization and transfer of ownership of the spiritual administration of Muslims of Crimea of the assets of the Fund «Crimea», whose founder is the former head of the banned in Russia, the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Cemil, may be taken for passing on Saturday in Simferopol, the Kurultai of the Muslims, said on the sidelines of the forum the Deputy of the state Duma Ruslan Balbec.
«Historically, the sole owner of the objects were Mustafa Dzhemilev. The Muslims of the Crimea believe that it is unfair. This decision will be more political about the nationalization of all property transferred to the Fund «Crimea», the only founder of which was the order. I think the decision on the transfer of this property to the religious administration of Muslims of Crimea», — said Balbec reporters.
If the proposal is supported by the Kurultai, the Crimean authorities will be implemented by the legal mechanism of the nationalization, said Balbec.
According to the Deputy, may be nationalized apartments, rooms, under-equipped medical clinic, and a building in the center of Simferopol, where to 2014 housed the leadership of the Majlis. Earlier it was planned to place it in the Crimean Tatar Museum, but the building a few years worth of sealed.
