Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly service (UFAS) across St.-Petersburg Petr Yakovlev for submission to the General Prosecutor’s office dismissed in connection with loss of trust due to false Declaration of income.
According to the Prosecutor General’s office the audit compliance officer anti-corruption laws «revealed the facts of ignoring the… requirements under the representation of the information about incomes, property and obligations of property character».
In particular, said the GP, the Deputy head of the FAS in the income statements did not reflect information about the proportions of their participation in commercial organizations, and the income from them. He also reported false information about Bank accounts. The official violated the law on the state civil service without notifying the employer of their intentions to simultaneously do paid work in a commercial entity.
«By results of consideration of representation made by the General Prosecutor’s office… the head of the Federal Antimonopoly service, Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia for Saint-Petersburg dismissed from service in connection with loss of trust», — informs the General Prosecutor’s office.
In UFAS of St. Petersburg RIA Novosti said that the dismissed Deputy head of the Department Petr Yakovlev, who oversaw the control Department of the Federal contract system.
