Two members of the national Assembly of Ingushetia, withdrew their application to the constitutional court of the Republic, in which he asked to check the adopted law on the approval of the border with Chechnya, as a result, the request becomes invalid, told RIA Novosti in the apparatus of the regional Parliament.

Earlier it was reported that the constitutional court of Ingushetia will consider the request of deputies of the Parliament of the Republic, who asked to check the constitutionality of the law approving the agreement on the border with Chechnya. The request was sent 12 deputies and two citizens of the Republic complained of a violation of the rights and freedoms according to the law.

«On Monday the representative of the people’s Assembly of Ingushetia the constitutional court of the Republic submitted the statements of two members of Parliament to revoke the request, as well as statements of two citizens to revoke their complaints,» — said the Agency interlocutor.

He recalled that a request to the constitutional court of Ingushetia must contain the signatures of not less than one third of the total number of deputies of the national Assembly, which is now 32 MPs. «Now, after the withdrawal of statements of two deputies, the request becomes invalid, as it was sent less than one third of deputies 10 people», — said in Parliament.

In addition, filed a motion to dismiss the Chairman of the constitutional court Ayup Gagiev, which, according to the Parliament, participated in the adoption of the act under consideration. In particular, he was part of the Republican Commission for relations with the authorities of Chechnya, on the definition of the border.

The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov and the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on September 26 signed an agreement on the definition of the boundary between their regions, which provides for an equivalent exchange of territories. The parliaments of Chechnya and Ingushetia approved the border agreement. In the constitutional court of Ingushetia said that the agreement can be approved only by a referendum. The country began protests, including at place de La Concorde in Magas. From 8 October the rally was sanctioned and was held at a new venue — near the building of the national broadcasting company.

With representatives of the protesters met the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in skfo Alexander Matovnikov and the head of Department on internal policy of presidential administration of Russia Andrey Yarin.

The term sanctioned rally was due to expire on 17 October, the regional authorities agreed a new action, which will be held at the same venue from October 31 to November 2. On the same day the organizers of the rally decided to suspend him until October 31.
