The constitutional court of Ingushetia after the withdrawal of statements by two members of Parliament did not stop the trial according to the law on the border with Chechnya, a decision will be made later, told RIA Novosti on Tuesday in court.

The constitutional court of Ingushetia began to consider the request of deputies of the Parliament of the Republic, who asked to check the constitutionality of the law approving the agreement on the border with Chechnya. The request was sent 12 deputies and two citizens of the Republic complained of a violation of the rights and freedoms according to the law. Later, two deputies withdrew their request, their application was withdrawn and two citizens. In the Parliament of the region believed that the Association request was invalid, as it contains the signatures of less than one-third of the total number of members of the national Assembly, as required by law.

«Today at the session the court decided to continue hearing the case. A decision has not been made yet», — said the Agency interlocutor.

The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov and the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on September 26 signed an agreement on the definition of the boundary between their regions, which provides for an equivalent exchange of territories. The parliaments of Chechnya and Ingushetia approved the border agreement. In the constitutional court of Ingushetia said that the agreement can be approved only by a referendum. The country began protests, including at place de La Concorde in Magas. From 8 October the rally was sanctioned and was held at a new venue — near the building of the national broadcasting company.

With representatives of the protesters met the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in skfo Alexander Matovnikov and the head of Department on internal policy of presidential administration of Russia Andrey Yarin.

The term sanctioned rally was due to expire on 17 October, the regional authorities agreed a new action, which will be held at the same venue from October 31 to November 2. On the same day the organizers of the rally decided to suspend him until October 31.
