The practice of participation in elections at the place of stay of citizens is good, but needs improvement, it is important to set obstacles to possible manipulation, said the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
«Voting at the place of stay is good, in my opinion, a practice has developed, and we have to improve. Obviously need to work on this so there were no loopholes for violations,» Putin said at the event in honor of the 25th anniversary of the electoral system of the Russian Federation.
According to him, «you need to put such obstacles, that it was impossible to manipulate, but it is possible for expression and participation of citizens in election campaigns».
