The Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia initiated proceedings against «the Independent oil and gas company» (NOC) Eduard Khudainatov of independent filling stations in Kamchatka fuel more expensive than their petrol stations, said Deputy Minister Anatoly Golomolzin.

«Not so long ago… handed down a warning to our territorial office in Kamchatka in respect of «Independent oil & gas company», and last Friday the case was initiated», — said Golomolzin.

«About unfair competition between NOCS and independent filling stations on the territory of Kamchatskiy Krai. How NOC conducts business on the territory of this region may lead to unfair competition,» — said Deputy head of the FAS.

In mid-July, the newspaper «Kommersant» reported that FAS suspected marketing structures «Rosneft» and NOCS in the far East that they have not lowered prices for oil products in large wholesale and shy away from the conclusion of contracts for the supply of fuel. The minutes of the meeting of the Committee of the Antimonopoly authority, which was referred to the publication, in particular, talked about the intention to check the company «NNK-kamchatnefteprodukt» and «NOC-Primornefteprodukt».

The control of the FAS of Russia on the Kamchatka edge in early October announced that it has issued a warning to JSC «NOC-kamchatnefteprodukt» prescribed by the set of competitors operating in the retail market of gasoline and diesel fuel retail prices at the level of prices for private gas stations (without increasing retail prices at the pump NNK).
