Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that the document on introduction of protective duties on oil and oil products will be adopted before the end of the week, if the government and the oil companies agree by agreement to stabilize prices on fuel.

«Meet tonight, discuss, report back to me. If such an agreement occurs, it will be necessary, first, to monitor its implementation. Therefore, the monitoring of this agreement will apply to those tasks that were the responsibilities of the Ministry of energy and the government in General,» Medvedev said at a government meeting on Wednesday.

So the Prime Minister responded to the words of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, that on Wednesday evening held talks with the oil companies.

«If you cannot agree, then the rest of the week should exit the document, which introduces the relevant duties,» — said Medvedev.
