Mandatory genomic registration of migrants will help to reduce the level of crime in Russia, said a member of the Board of the public organization «Officers of Russia», the police Colonel in resignation Vladimir Slepak.

I was in favour of this category to be allowed to work in Russia only through genomic registration. I believe that taking into account the operational situation needs to be urgently drafted a new law and extended to include new categories,» — told RIA Novosti expert.

According to him, the reports of heads of law enforcement agencies are the figures that almost every second crime is committed by migrants.
