The ex-model from Poland has brought charges against a famous film producer Harvey Weinstein, stating that sexual harassment on his part, when she was 16, writes the newspaper the New York Post, citing a lawsuit.
The woman, whose name has not been disclosed, claims that in 2002, being an aspiring actress, she agreed to go with him for lunch, but Weinstein took her to his apartment. There, she said, he was «aggressive and threatening» forced her to have sex. According to the lawsuit, Weinstein allegedly became enraged when the girl resisted, and refused to let her go, but then relented.
Later, Weinstein continued to harass the girl, to which she refused. In connection with these, she believes, he «insisted that she would never get a job.» Nevertheless, she continued to discuss with him opportunities for his career.

A group of women filed a lawsuit in new York against producer representatives, he founded a class action lawsuit.
