The captain detained for poaching off the coast of Crimea Ukrainian vessel yamk-0041 Victor Nowicki and two fishermen were released from the detention facility in Simferopol, reported RIA Novosti Crimean Ombudsman Lyudmila Lubina.

Ukrainian sailors remain in the Crimea until the decision of returning home, she added.

Recently seven members of the crew of the Russian vessel «Nord» was exchanged for seven Ukrainian sailors from the two ships detained in Russia. The captain of the «Nord» Vladimir Gorbenko remains in Ukraine. Against him opened a criminal case under article «Illegal fish, animal or other water extracting trade» and «violation of the procedure of entry in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and departure from it with the purpose of causing harm to the interests of the state.» Gorbenko threatens till five years of imprisonment.

Ukrainian border guards detained Crimean seiner March 25, since it is located in the port of Berdyansk. The Crimean Department of the FSB, for its part, filed a case about the hijacking of the vessel.
