A suspect in the theft of jewels from a pensioner on 3 million rubles was detained by the police in the North-West of Moscow, said Friday in a press-service of the MIA.
«Employees of criminal investigation Department of internal Affairs on SZAO arrested a man on suspicion of committing theft from an elderly Muscovite worth about 3 million rubles. They found 28-year-old man. Stolen he has sold in pawn shops, and money has disposed at own discretion», — stated in the message Department.
Earlier 84-year-old resident turned in OMVD of Russia on area Northern Tushino and announced that he had discovered the loss of jewelry worth 3 million rubles after the visit of a man who introduced himself as specialist in replacement water filters.
